Genie and Scott are getting married this Friday! I am SO happy to be their photographer and can’t wait to capture their gorgeousness. We had a recent engagement session and Genie looked at Scott and said, “He’s pretty sexy, I think I’ll marry him”. I’m glad she said yes. They have been dating for quite a while and I know how thrilled their friends and family are to share this day with them.

Scott and Jennifer are so entertaining together! Spending time with them is kind of like being on a movie or theater set, which is great because that is how they met! These two come with lots of tricks in their pockets and much enthusiasm for life and most importantly LOVE. I feel like I walked backwards in time to the 50s when people were a little bit more carefree and unburdened by technology (did I say these two do NOT have Facebook accounts?? Close your jaw now).
I can’t wait for their wedding because I know it will be an imaginative and inventive expression of how they feel for each other. Thanks for choosing me to be part of your day!

Jordyn is so lucky to get to capture these two on their wedding day!! These two looked like they stepped out of a Ralph Lauren ad! One of the sweetest most easy going, genuine couple they met at IU through mutual friends.
Lauren grew up in New Jersey, but her parents and family are from here. Jordyn photographed the engagement session at Lauren’s grandparent’s farm. Many great memories have been had there! Her Grandpa has a garage full of old cars, that was unfortunately locked when they were there, but stay tuned for awesome vintage car shots from their wedding coming up in September!

Superman to the rescue! I get to ring in the New Year with Lindsay and James next year. This was a great warm up and we were having so much fun I think we shot at every location in Indy:))

Jake and Anne are a perfect pair! I always enjoy spending time with them and have had the pleasure of working with them on commercial projects for their uniform company. Now we get to have fun with people pictures! This shoot was crazy fun with loads of animals as you can see and YES, those are raccoons. Pictures are worth a thousand words so I’ll let them do the talking:) Can’t wait for their wedding next May!!

Ashley and Craig met in Wisconsin when Ashley moved there for work. Lucky her she made the move because she found the man of her dreams. Craig is SO kind and Jordyn had a lot of fun with these two traveling to the charming little town of Tipton, IN. My family is from Wisconsin and looking at these really sweet photographs Jordyn took I am reminded of that peaceful and vast feeling of Wisconsin. Great they were able to find a location to shoot in that had that feel! They will marry on New Year’s Eve this year. It will be a great celebration.
What a small world it is as Jordyn used to ride horses with Ashley years ago. Jordyn really did a great job despite rain and wind. Remember all that rain we had earlier this spring? We didn’t let it stop the shooting! Congratulations Ashley and Craig. I can’t wait to see the magic that Jordyn captures ringing in the New Year with you and your friends.

Scott proposed to Emily using a very thoughtful little book that he made. What a guy! Jordyn said she has never seen two people in love. They have a great deal of admiration for one another as you can see from these awesome pictures. One of the sweetest details of this engagement shoot is that Emily brought along the hat that her mother wore in her wedding many years ago. How adorable is that?!
