The Tschida family now has two boys! I loved visiting with baby Drew. He is so sweet and Dani is the most amazing mother (and so gorgeous!!). He was about 2 months when we shot, but still cooperated nicely:) Can’t wait to see him when he is sitting up, smiling and drooling all over!

So this wedding is going to be spectacular! I had so much fun shooting at Kyle’s father’s car museum. He has some of the most amazing muscle cars! I can’t wait to see the details Kyle and Darcie have been working on for their upcoming wedding. Enjoy these engagement images. These are really the first pictures Kyle and Caleb have ever had taken of the two of them. It was a perk that their two “children” joined us for the shoot! I had fun with you guys. See you in May!

It is such a pleasure to watch families grow and Meghan and David are so special for having started such a beautiful family. Now Pamma is a Gamma and Kevin is an Uncle:) We miss Meghan and David now that they have left this state for the south. They are living in my old neck of the woods in NC. Lucky! I hope you love living there as much as I did:) Look forward to seeing you again this summer when he is running all over the place!

I LOVE being part of Nathan, Grace and Luke’s life. Dianna and Gregg are SO GREAT about making sure they capture the kids at key points in their development and this was one of my favorites! They came in for their “we have lost our teeth” shoot. Nathan actually had lost his teeth a bit earlier than Grace

McKenzie and Nick are going to be the most fabulous parents ever:) Little Emma is so perfect with all ten fingers and toes and a very sweet personality to boot. She is so alert (I know you are smiling with me here, Mck) and ready for the world. It was such a joy to see Nick and McKenzie with their first baby. Molson, their furry child, approves of Emma and loves being near her and protecting her. Congratulations to the entire Eaton family!! She is gorgeous!

I’ve known Randy and Lana for many years. Lana owns my FAVORITE store Copper Creek Canyon. Her store is widely known for it’s unique flavor and amazing quality. She truly is a very talented designer and I love everything she does! Her wedding was an absolute dream and so perfect for the two of them. They married in Brown County at T.C. Steele State Historic Site. Everything about the wedding was rustic and down to earth–just like Randy and Lana. Randy is a rancher and so of course dinner was from his personal livestock! I’ll remember this weekend for a long time. Lana is one of the kindest and most giving people I’ve ever met. I can’t wait to show off a feature of this one!

I’m so lucky to have amazing clients with spunky and adorable children! It has been so fun watching Nola blossom. This was her “a little more than 6 months” shoot. Can’t wait for summer to capture these two little ones playing in our studio garden. Landon is a little jumping bean and I think he will love it when the weather is great and he can play outside while I shoot. Nola adores him, I think he got the biggest smiles out of her. I was the recipient of the “oh what a feeling” smile she gave. That picture is hilarious!

Karen and Nick were such good sports the day we shot! It was rainy, COLD and early in the morning, but I love the challenge weather related spontaneity. I can’t wait for their wedding later this year at the Columbia Club. They are such a great fit together. In some ways quite opposite the other and yet so very similar. They absolutely adore each other! Can’t wait for July.

Laci and Brandon…two of my favorite people! I got to know Laci at her sister, Joni’s wedding last November and was so happy and surprised when Laci called me a week or so after and asked me to be her photographer in DECEMBER. I just knew I was going to love them and sure enough their day was full of tears, laughter and so much joy. I love seeing them in the studio just to say hi and they win an award for being the FASTEST to pick out their favorite pictures and finalize their wedding album. Laci picked it up yesterday and loved it. I think their pictures tell a lot about who they are and how they came to be in love. Brandon has been serving our country abroad for some time now, thank you, sir. He doesn’t shy away from his responsibility and love of freedom and Laci has stood by him, waited for him, rejoiced in his coming home and is so ready to be a military wife!! Thank you for sharing the most important day of your life with me. I can’t wait for the kids!
