I have been waiting quite a while for this wedding! I truly love this family and am so happy for Meghan and David. They are perfect for each other and their day was filled with sentimental elements that were amazing. Their wedding will most likely be published so I am keeping it light with images, but here are a few fun ones. It was great being with all of you and I especially enjoyed finally meeting Kevin, Meghan’s “man of honor” :) My daughter, Annie, accompanied me on this wedding and a few of these shots are hers. It was great working with her again, she has an eye for moments that are so genuine.

Some of the awesome details

This one is all Annie's!

Man of Honor--Kevin

Lemons on the right, sweetness on the left.

Doesn't Meghan look so gorgeous?

Queen Pam was so happy the day turned out perfect for her baby girl!

David = Soccer Player = HOT

In her backyard next to the swing she played on as a little girl

YAY! Go Kevin, Go Kevin!

This family is so fun and we used to be neighbors without even realizing it. We had fun shooting in their backyard for some semi-traditional portraits to decorate their beautiful home with. Allison, their oldest daughter is now our “super intern” this summer accompanying us one weddings. She is awesome! Bennett is the family dog and quite feisty as you can see.

Ok and so yes, the girls do get their good looks from mom (and dad). Super model material!

I love this family! Such great kids they are raising. Allison has joined me on some weddings this summer and she plans to return for a few more over the fall. Wish we could be neighbors!

As an artist I relate to many different forms of art. Carolyn and I have been friends for quite some time now and really get along well (thanks to Jon from Ecologik for introducing us). Being close in age and spirit we find a lot in common with each other and “just get it”. So when Carolyn called me to say she wanted to do a different sort of shoot exploring who she is as an artist I was game. We had fun. Her art is sensual, exciting and “happy”, which is an inventive combination! She is an encaustic painter, works with beeswax, which smells heavenly! She is very thoughtful about life and one of the best friends I have. Thanks for sharing yourself with me, Carolyn! Annie and I enjoyed the session.

So planning a wedding is a very “special” process, thank heavens Michelle and Kevin have help with Darcie of CCP. Kevin and Michelle don’t live in the same state so getting together was a bit of a challenge, but this weekend we were finally able to spend some time together! I can’t wait for their wedding in November. Michelle is such a natural person, very low key and sweet. Kevin adores her, this you can tell from the images! Thanks for a lazy Sunday afternoon shoot guys! See you soon:)

These two are so cute! They were so sweet with each other too. Arien is a great big brother! I love Ariel’s expressions and how adorable she looks in her little dress. Arien is quite the jumper as well.

We had so much fun together. Courtney and I had a pre-consultation before her designer shoot last week and I think the planning was well worth it! We shot at a friend of mine’s historical house with loads of land and gardens to play with! Here are a few images, more to come later tomorrow! Courtney–thanks for being so fun, Annie and I really enjoyed hanging out with you and can’t wait to see what images you choose.

Time for tea

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Flores! Katie and James are two of the kindest people I have ever met. They are so PERFECT for each other. I loved that they had their siblings as their “man of honor” and “best woman”. Katie is one of the most naturally beautiful brides ever. Rita, Katie’s mom, did a great job making the place cards and programs (among other paper items and details). The entire day was so very sentimental and touching. Lisa Gorman of Memory Makers did another great job on this event. Here are a few great pictures. Thanks for having me as part of your day!

I thought this toilet paper race was fun!
James really “went out on a limb”.

So it is the annual WRTV 6 “best of Indy” and we have been nominated again this year. My business name isn’t properly listed, but you should recognize the work on the listing. If you have time and would like to vote that is great! Here is a link, we always love to hear from you:

It was a magical wedding. I am so thankful that Tony and Michelle found me and chose to include me in their beautiful day. They married at Tony’s childhood home on the front porch. Super special and awesome details! I would get married just like this with all those closest to me joining in. Gene from Detail and Design did a wonderful job of coordinating everything. I especially love the wreath on the front door. So enjoy these images. I’ll post their album when we have it finished. Thank you for having me as part of your day!
Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. George!

Thank you Jennifer for these beautiful reminders of the happiest day any parent can imagine for their daughter… Meghan and David were made for each other. You capture the essence of their love and the total joy we all felt. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
