It was an amazing week in the Grand Cayman. I was thrilled to spend time with some of my favorite people in the industry. Here are a few images from this amazing adventure. If any of you have the budget to fly out to Manhattan and select a dress from Kleinfeld’s let me know. Randy Fenoli will open the store after hours and personally help fit you. Randy was so much fun! He has inspired me to trash everything in my closet and start paying more attention to my wardrobe. I really need help! If I were a bride again and had the means I would be on a flight to NY first thing! Randy doesn’t care about “selling” a dress. He loves helping women feel beautiful and selecting the right dress for them no matter what size they are. He really impressed me and as you might guess he was dressed impeccably at all times. Michael Landry of Gucci was present as well. I really should have gone shopping before heading out to Grand Cayman:) Grand Cayman would make an idea spot for a honeymoon. Talk to me about our experience, it was wonderful.

Parasailing

This is what they did to our bed each night. A visit from the “Swan” lady. She was so kind.

I pretty much love Say Yes to the Dress even though I am done being the bride! I also love these shots….looks like an amazing place:)
Hey Girls!
Ok, sorry for the ring shot taking so long. Can’t get the darn thing off my finger:))) I’ll shoot it today at some point if I have time.
I LOVE these pictures. You are a true artist. Thanks for sharing them and it was so amazing to meet you!

These pictures are stunning, and such a great, vivid reminder of how wonderful it was there! It was wonderful to meet you, and to share the Stingray adventure with you. I look forward to keeping up on your blog and watching your artful work!

Beautiful shots. Now you need to look at these again in January :) Looks like you and John had fun.
We really enjoy looking at YWD because of the great content they feature, and your photos are no exception! Beautiful wedding & photos…and a great feature!

Katherine, Kate…so sophisticated for such a little person! It was fun to photograph a child just being a child in her own environment. She reminds me of how I was as a child-full of energy and spunk!

I have to smile as I know Rebecca and Clint thoroughly enjoyed their honeymoon in Maui. I know because they sent awesome pictures! I am currently in Grand Cayman and the beaches and weather here is much the same. It is fun to look back on their day! Rebecca and Clint, I hope Maui was everything you had hoped and getting settled into your new house is a fun task as you begin your life together. Your family is amazing and I thank you so much for having me as part of your day!

I love this one!
Rebecca and her adorable dog. I love chocolate labs!
Rebecca’s dad has a Harley. It is shiny and red…
Ok, I have to admit. To those of you waiting to see the ring John got me. I am happy to say it looks similar to Rebecca’s and I LOVE IT.
A girl loves her shoes…

I cried during this toast like three times.

It was an amazing experience! I am headed to dinner so don’t much time. Here are a few images from today! Angela Talley was with me-she took the images of John and I. Thanks, Angela! These were taken with the new canon powershot D10. It goes 33 feet underwater! Love it!

So as we got off the plane John wrestled with the many bags I packed and we headed up to the room after registering. With engage 09 we are pampered from head to toe and I was given a beautiful gift bag packed with goodies. I was going through this as the bell boy was bringing up the bags and as I got deeper in the bag John started acting weird insisting I come and watch for the bell boy. As the bags were brought in he told the man, “Be careful with the bag, the kids are in there.”. Haha, my husband is quick witted and always has one ready. I thought this was weird behavior and went right back to unloading the goodies and then there was a Reis Nichols box in there with this amazing diamond ring I had been looking at…it took me a minute to figure it out, but once I did-wow! So here we are now on our honeymoon and I finally have a ring I LOVE. I’ll post a picture soon. Now it is off to enjoy time with my friends who happen to be some of the top wedding professionals in the world.
Have a great week!
Jennifer

We want to see pictures of the ring lady! Glad you’re having fun!

Hey Alice! I’ll post a picture of it soon. I used my “real” camera to shoot it and that requires a bit of editing so as soon as I am done para-sailing:)))) We are doing that today. I love this vacation!

I have had the pleasure of watching these two grow. Many of you may already be familiar with Ayden and Flynn! We always have fun together and it was a special treat to get to play outside in natural light. I LOVE this family. We have grown pretty close over the years and Tawnya has got to be one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I have ever met. I love my customers! It is the joy of watching families grow as well as the friendships I make that are most rewarding. Lucky girl I am! Thanks to Ayden and Flynn for getting crazy with me! You two are so much fun. Next time the Wiggles are in town I want to go:) Love, “Miss Jennifer”. P.S. if Ayden can read (and I know Tawnya probably has him reading Harry Potter by now) that is for you! Miss Jennifer loves you both.

It was really fun to get away from my usual surroundings and spend a day getting to know Adam and Marina. We walked all OVER Chicago for 7 hours. We had a wonderful lunch at the Grand Lux and then hit the streets for some great times. I am really looking forward to their wedding in Notre Dame this November. It is going to be a gorgeous ceremony and we have so much in common! I felt like I was with old friends. Marina and Adam, thank you so much for being great hosts in your great city! I can’t wait to see you both again.
We did the bean…tried not to be too cliche, Adam!

I just love these two together! Maybe I am a bit emotional lately (cried at this Saturday’s wedding like FIVE times!), but I smile inside just looking at them together. They have quite a love story and their families are just as in love with each other, which makes it all that much more special.

The picture below was taken for my friend, Jon Wilkerson. If any of you know him (or his beautiful wife Cathy) you know how much he looks like this guy and how he should be getting royalties!
Marina makes my headband look good. Better on her than on me! Oh to be young again:)

Last year Kate and Tyler tied the knot at the White River Gardens at the zoo. It was very memorable for many reasons! Kate was stunning and it was a beautiful day. That evening a storm came through the city and we had to leave the reception hall for a short time in case the glass windows were to break. I hope the two of you are doing very well and Kate, I hope your Ph.D. work is easy as pie:) Thanks for having me as part of your amazing day. Below is a short recap of their day.

Recently a long-time client of mine ordered a very fun and bold frame and print for her daughter’s nursery. It turned out so fun I thought I would share. Michelle’s amazing paint job is something to behold as well!
This images are wonderful. Still no ring shot so I suppose I’ll need to take you to lunch and see it in person!
