Once upon a time in the Indianapolis Public Library a garden grew overnight. It was complete with edison lights hovering above beautifully decorated farm tables and wall dividers made of lavish green boxwoods. This was Kate Holloway Berghoff and Brad Berghoff‘s amazing wedding day orchestrated by Mon Amie Events Inc. Expertly staged by Scott Evans and his team. A garden would not be complete without the green thumb of David Str of The Empty Vase. All the girls were looking pretty, but the most beautiful one of them all was our lovely bride dressed by Marie Gabriel Couture Bridal. I loved working with Kate and Brad. Their engagement session was on a snowy day just before sunset (we barely beat the light!). You can view that here. Thankfully their wedding day last August was BEAUTIFUL. Monica Richard is known for her ability to bring a client’s vision to life and this day was a testament to that. Their ceremony was a beautiful catholic wedding at the beautiful Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The detail and beauty of that church is amazing and a joy to photograph. Also, I believe we broke a record (for me) on the number of kids in their wedding party. Too much cuteness going down the aisle. Theirs was the first wedding I have had entertain their guests in the courtyard at the Indianapolis Public Library. It was so beautiful! A magical moment was when a surprise bagpipe band led the guests through the garden and into the beautifully decorated library. It truly felt like a garden grew overnight inside the main atrium. The wide striped linens and farm tables were so perfect! What a great team of wedding professionals we had. I’m so thankful to have been a part of it all. Enjoy these images!
