In February my friend, Nancy Noel, invited me to a private dinner. A chef visiting from London prepared the meal. The meal was exquisite prepared with natural and fresh ingredients with a whole approach to cooking. Everything was fresh and unique with flavors so pure. The experience was heaven! The presentation so beautiful and the food so simple and yet complex with flavor. I always love the camaraderie and warm friendship at Nancy’s home, but this evening was brimming with heavenly scents, tastes and after dinner we enjoyed spontaneous music with Frank and Ann, who had never met before. Magical!
