Some of you know that I had the pleasure of capturing Katie and Brian’s wonderful wedding. Brian waited a full year as Katie fulfilled her duties as Miss America 2009 before he could propose to her. After proposing to Katie on National Television (check youtube!) the rest is history and honestly, they kept their wedding pretty private. Even though they had 400 guests their guests were truly their closest friends and family along with the amazing people that have crossed their lives throughout their journey to become husband and wife. As we wait for their wedding images to be published here is a few of my favorites from their engagement session. They are so easy to be with and getting to know them pretty well after their wedding I know Katie slips in “my husband” into any conversation as much as possible. They absolutely adore each other and I am blessed to count them as friends. Their planner, J Scot Reid, did an excellent job on their wedding.
